The corpus of 359 sentences is analyzed for geopolitical framing, agency positioning, policy ambition, and diplomatic tone toward international actors.
Agency and ambition

France is positioned as a proactive actor in 85% of sentences, with only 3% adopting a victim posture. The speech is 56% programmatic, 40% aspirational, and only 3% concrete, emphasizing method over substance.

Diplomatic positioning

Europe is the clear priority (+0.59). The US is treated neutrally, China negatively. Ukraine and India emerge as key partners.
